"At-Grade" Protection

EnergyFlash rails serve as a form liner, protecting rigid insulation during and after the construction process.

EnergyFlash 8” Metal Building Rail (EF210):

Primary use: Protect insulation (by others) at the exposed edge and provides a flashing location.

Standard size:9¹/₄” tall, 1¹/₄” exposed top flange, 8’ long

Approximate weight: 13lbs

Composition: Extruded PVC

Color: Concrete Gray; can be painted

General uses: Basements, crawl spaces, existing edges,

and monolithic and post tension slabs.

EnergyFlash 90^o Outside Corner (EF210C):

Primary use: Join & form outside 90^o corners

Standard size: 9¹/₄” tall, 6" long nominal

Approximate Weight: 14oz

Composition: PVC

Color: Concrete Gray, can be finished

Special Feature: Optional Element. Quicken installation by eliminating field cuts.

EnergyFlash 90^o Inside Corner (EF210N):

Primary use: Join & form inside 90^o corners
