EnergyEdge® rails can be used in place of, or in addition to wooden form boards.  These products remain in place after construction reducing labor efforts with less stripping and recovery of forming materials there by reducing waste, hauling, and landfill costs.

The EnergyFlash rail, EF210 is 8' long.  The corners are prefabricated and come in boxes.

There are no "pre-assembly" requirements for this product.

The EnergyEdge system has two profiles- EE8fb and the EE8mb.  Both are assembled in the same manner.  The rails are 12' long and are nested together for shipping.  The braces & corner pieces come in boxes.  The braces "clip" into the bottom and top of each rail and serve as the joints and anchors into the concrete.  See installation techniques for quantity & spacing requirements.
